Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind Puanha with a 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with your device for any reason, you have 90 nights from delivery to request a refund.

How to start a return
Email us at info@puanha.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with simple return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, return shipping on us.

Return shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
